Now that the tenants move in to the property tomorrow, i will focus on the property subdivision. The block size is cool 620 sq mtr and the house is situated in the middle. The idea is to subdivide the property without knocking down the house in the front. The options are:

In my journey to give a good life to my family, explore new ideas and do something different and interesting, i have come across this wonderful opportunity of creating wealth through property investing.

The journey started with a burning desire to create a life style for self and my family.

8 Grant is one of our latest purchases and the objectives to buy this property were clear from day 1 :

1. Renovate the property and get equity from the property.
2. Sub divide the block without knocking down the house. (this is a corner block).

The renovation was carried out on week ends and after office hours by self, my wife and son with help from Andy Warnes, our great friend and a builder apprentice. The total renovation cost is under $900 :). We ripped the carpet, sanded and polished the floors, changed the kitchen and cleaned up the back and the front yards. Can't wait to see how much it gets valued at?
